It is effortless for me to speak to your members with familiarity and authority due to a thorough on-boarding process. This includes meetings with CEO and team to review roles; a review of all your organization collateral, including membership dues/tiers, sponsorship options, signature, and recurring events; a review of all your digital engagement; and general information about your community.
Every month you will provide me with a list of names, complete with contact information and notes about the member. I will make calls to connect with the appropriate person, check on how their business is doing, update them on any important chamber initiatives, and ask how we (you!) can bring value to their chamber experience.
At the conclusion of each month, you will receive a detailed report with the number of calls, it took to make contact, the person with whom I spoke, notes on any actions needed for this member, and notes on their concerns, insights, or praise.
An additional part of the feedback loop is you sharing back the renewal results on my calls so we can track the success of your call program!
